Always receive excellent service here. They text when medicine is ready to collect, and already bagged up and ready to hand over before I even get to the counter, 5 star service right there! Super friendly staff and they take the effort to know the whole family and medication needs. Pharmacist is always on hand for advice. Highly recommended.

My wife and I registered for the COVID test kit and the gov uk site provided us with a bar code for each of us as a proof to show the pharmacy. When picking up he would only give me 1 test kit and would not give me the wife's kit saying only 1 for person! He did not even bother to register my bar code numbers like the other pharmacies do. Shows how unprofessional this outfit is. Can this pharmacy be trusted!

Disgraceful customer service Specially from Simon. The new owner has a lot to learn and how to treat people who are suffering. Honestly seems like the owner would rather be doing something else.

They offer passport photo services. But they do not have a studio with good lighting. How these guys do this type of service? Unbelievable, wasted time and money
