This chemist is excellent. The staff are friendly and know their regular customers well. They are prepared to put themselves out on behalf of their costomers. They take time out to help review costomer's medication on a regular basis and gently offer advice and help(in privacyiif required). I trust them.

Terrible service - went in to buy pain relief for a back and and got subjected to rude and belittling behaviour by the older sales assistant who thinks she's a doctor?? Went to boots right next door and had great service and left with what I wanted .

There's a moody stroppy cow who works here. She's so rude and off-hand with people that her reputation is all over Rye. I wouldn't mind so much if she was an important pharmacist, but she's just a bossy member of staff.

Helpful and friendly. I haven't had a problem with boots or day Lewis. I noticed other reviews about day Lewis and to be blunt they are just ridiculous, if you have an attitude or not polite then they won't be polite. Real simple. Remember and use your manners and people will be more willing to help you and be compassionate. I just called day Lewis about an issue I had with some medication and one lady was understanding and listened and she then got the pharmacist once she couldn't help me any further. Brilliant staff. Ignore the people. On the reviews they are just whining for the sake of whining. Treat people how you wish to be treated then you won't have a problem.

Patients are having to wait far too long for prescriptions, at least a week. Even for potentially life saving medication. Not very impressed! Jempsons Peasmarsh pharmacy is much more efficient, and you don't have to pay for parking.

Very unfriendly, uncompassionate and rude staff. The whole environment and situation was unsettling and uncomfortable, directly down to the pharmacist and assistant. I will not be returning and advise people to go to boots next door.

Why are the staff so unfriendly? I really don't understand what's happened that's made them act out thus way. Boots next door isn't this way so why are they.
