Pelton Chemist

It’s been twice they have delayed my daughter’s medicine. Surgery have sent repeat prescription to Pelton Pharmacy but on both occasions they haven’t managed to get medicine even after two weeks. Also they haven’t informed us even when assured they let us know. I have changed pharmacy for next repeat. Their clumsy handling of prescriptions only give headaches.

The staff are very rude. My prescription was ready on 7.9
20. They are supposed to call. Nobody does
This has been going on since December
Their answer is the text machine is not working.
They are the worst pharmacy i have ever know.
They dont give medication on time . This time they gave one box less. I told them they are dealing with sick people. They should be careful.

I always use this pharmacy as it not far from my house. Very helpful staff. With the help and advice from their pharmacist, I finally managed to give up my smoking habit of 20 years after so many previous failed attempts. Thanks so much.

Excellent service by the staff members, never had to wait to collect my prescription/medicines. I struggled to get an appointment for my flu jab in surgery in this Covid-19 situation, I finally approched the pharmacy and I had my flu jab done in 5mins .

Best Pharmacy and very polite and patient. They listen to their patients and the Pharmacies Driver very efficient and delivers on time bless you all and they all have Masks on. Barat their driver does excellent job and very very polite and efficient. Thank you to my Pharmacy for always being excellent on deliveries of my Medication re Metformin and Warferin and Candesartan and statins.

Terrible service!!! The pharmacy is always cramped with boxes, not well stocked up, no waiting system, always a queue even if you need something over the counter. They used to be a good pharmacy and that’s why I chose them as a nominated pharmacy but in the last year the service went down the hill. It’s almost impossible to get through the phone - it’s always busy! Today I called them to check if a prescription is ready to collect (I ordered it online 5 days ago). Someone finally picked up the phone and let me on hold for 18 minutes (!!!!!!!) I just hung up as I can’t spend my whole day waiting at the phone. I still have to chase them for my prescription…

Somebody please sort this pharmacy out. My 80 year old mother has been without her cholesterol meds since September and still waiting. Every time you call they say they will deliver. I don't think anyone knows what they are doing there. It is a,shame that there are no other pharmacy nearby . Pleaee sort yourselves out. Thank you

Requested medication for over a week for my son who has had an eczema flare up, called consistently everyday, they say the can’t find the request on the system, then I asked to speak to the manager but they did not let me. Disgusting. They don’t care about you or your children. Really upset about this. Will make a complaint. I can’t bare to see my son like this.
