Bad experience.
I called them to ask if they have 2 medicines in stock. If not, I assumed that they could order them, as it happens in every pharmacy of this world.
They kept me waiting for some minutes on the line then they asked me my DOB. when they realized that I was not registered on the system they became suddenly rude. I told them the name of the first medicine on my prescription and, in less than a second, they said "not available", without taking any time to check/verify. I asked if it was possible to order it and they kept answering "not available", trying to cut the conversation as fast as possible.
I guess they are not interested in having a new clients. I will try somewhere else.

Staff unprofessional. Wasn't told I couldn't exchange or get refund on product that was sold to me & it wasn't the correct product for my daughter who is suffering from outbreak of extreme exema. I will now have to travel to get the correct medication from someone who knows what there talking about. Won't shop there ever again. Also left with a useless expensive product..

Went to get an antigen test, but after getting it done there was a red stain on the antigen test, the guy dealing with the test basically said I scratched it, I showed him another picture which was also red, could this be faulty because I’d already done a test a home and I know it’s negative but he said oh ok then you need to call the email. After being accused of something I did not do he sent me home, What great Costomer service that was. I did not want to make this review but this is the third time I’ve been in this pharmacy and something went wrong. I will use and pharmacy in the future,I promise.

I took my repeat prescription on Monday, I have to wait until the next Monday before I could get my medication.
I phone before in the morning to see if my medication is ready. She said my medication is ready. When I went to collect my medication I have to wait for next two hours before I could get my medication. This pharmacy is very slow.

Good pharmacy BUT BEWARE they may close 10 minutes (or less or more?) before advertised closure time if they feel they have a sufficient queue for meds to take up that time. They want to be sure that they release staff at the closure time advertised. MT

I asked the pharmacist whether the capsules I had been prescribed had gelatine in them. They opened the packet to check the notice, and told me that no they didn't contain any, but added that they needed to be in capsule form because the medicine was in liquid form. Both of these were false. I checked the notice once I got home, and, not only did it contain gelatin, but the medicine is not in liquid, but rather in powder form. Knowingly lying is exceptionally unprofessional.

Quite frankly, the WORST pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of using. They have NEVER had the medication I require in stock. Had to pay for a return bus journey with nothing to show for it as it's "out of stock nationwide". The same thing happened to me 18 months ago and a year before that. That's a long nationwide shortage for this pharmacy! But on those occasions I managed to get it on my first visit to another pharmacy. Now I'll have to travel again to go somewhere else. I placed this order a week ago so you should have had it in stock. I'll be switching pharmacies as this is beyond pathetic after so many let downs.

Such poor service! I hardly ever go to the doctors, however everytime I do and then use the pharmacy they are always out of stock or a error made by the doctor so I need to ask the doctor to amend the prescription.
I work full time, therefore it looks like I will get my prescription next week!!!
I wonder if I can request my prescription to be collected at a Boots pharmacy always such great prompt service there.
