Richards pharmacy

Not even worth one star. Have visited a couple of times recently and on neither occasion did the extremely surly assistant ask what I wanted. Instead, I was forced to wait whilst she carried on her administrative tasks. The last time, I simply walked out after a 10 minute wait. Awful customer service.

The pharmacy assistant first refused to give me 2 bottles as was prescribed by the Doctor and then tried to charge me for double for it.

Pharmacist Shreena Patel is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I need to go there regularly to collect my prescription but every time the prescription is ready and she ask rudely to call GP or come next week, I went three time still its not ready and when called GP they said it's the pharmacist didn't order it, when I explained this to her, rather than being helpful or polite, she attacked me personally. Very unprofessional she started shouting at me and asking me to leave the pharmacy and to change the pharmacy.
When I asked to raise a complain about this unacceptable behaviour of a pharmacist, she removed her name displayed above the counter and she refused to give her name. By law she has to display the name but she was not bothering anything and keep shouting me to leave and change the pharmacy if I am not happy.

The worst service I have ever received.
Very rude pharmacist Sheerena Patel, every time prescription not ready, need to go two, three time to collect it. And every time pharmacist Sheena Patel is very rude and unprofessional.

SHAMBOLIC incredibly rude and outrageous lying behaviour I had to deal with. Genuinely unacceptable

Ok so this pharmacy would’ve had 0 stars before today but it has new owners!! The new pharmacist is friendly and for the first time my prescription was ready to go straight away. All new pharmacists so definitely give it another go if you’ve had bad experiences in the past like I have. Thank you
