I booked a Covid19 Antigen test here and I showed up nearly an hour earlier than I was supposed to.

The staff managed to see me immediately and the whole experience was very quick and efficient.
I received the results by email 20 minutes after I left the building.

The staff in this pharmacy should give customer service courses. Polite, helpful and knowledgable staff. Put me at ease and were the same with everyone else too. It’s rare to find such good levels of customer service in London especially in Covid times. Really happy

Terrible service. the old man very rude, zero professionalism. arrogant, thinks he is doing customers a favor.

I did the PCR and it took only two seconds to perform the test. really just wanted my money. Scam

were extremely helpful when my study abroad child was ill and needed the meds couriered over to her. they were very professional, efficient and caring!

The ‘Man’ on the phone to me was unbelievably rude and arrogant, maybe because he could tell I was a younger female but that shouldn’t make a difference anyway! He was so unhelpful and made me very upset because of his bitterness and the way he made me feel dumb when asking him certain questions as he would reply with things such as ‘well yes I just told you that’ in a know it all kind of tone.
Sad old man needs a lesson or two on customer service in todays world!

A great pharmacist her name Maryam. So helpful and provided me with great patient care and advice. We are so lucky to have pharmacists as first point of call. I will definitely be back to this pharmacy.

First and last time I use this pharmacy. I came in today to get a price quote for a private prescription of fertility medications. When I handed it over, the man behind the counter saw a few other price quotes from other pharmacies on my piece of paper and said, “You already have price quotes on here, why do you need one from me?” I then had to explain that I am comparing prices from different pharmacies. He said he would look into it; as I turned towards the waiting area he muttered “Wow” under his breath. There is absolutely no need to interrogate or shame people for asking for the price of medicines. Fertility medication is expensive and yes, us women have to shop around for the best price. I found his behaviour especially despicable as it is Ramadan - a time to show compassion towards others. Why be unkind for no purpose whatsoever? I took my piece of paper and left without saying a word. I will take my business to another pharmacy that not only showed me respect but also promised to beat every other local pharmacy on price. The only positive thing I can say about PharmacyCentre is that the waxing salon downstairs is excellent.
