Hardly busy, in Sainsburys so loads of car parking space, have lot of stock or you can order online and collect in store. No waiting time and straight forward.

This pharmacy does not open at 7am, I turned up at 7.12 and there was no one there, despite waiting till 7.30. They falsy advertise their opening hours.

This is one of the worst pharmacy in the UK. Last time doctor send prescription to this pharmacy first day they said they don’t have medication They keep my phone number first 2/3 days no body call me then I go there for collect but they said still we don’t have medication again they said we will call you tomorrow but nobody call me. Then I collect this medication after 10 days.
Now same problem happening with me again for my medication 💊 they keep my number for collect my medication today is 7th day no one call me for collect my medication.
Totally horrible pharmacy 😡😡😡

The pharmacist left and he said to come back at 7:30pm I was shocked what do you want me to do wait for him or drive somewhere else to seek for medicine?

The guy then finally come back at 7:30, then I asked for a product the guy he wasn’t interested search for it, he went around looked then he come back said we don’t have it. I said are you sure, then I asked him to look for different brand then without looking he said no we don’t have it so I insisted to look again, then he comeback with the product I’ve asked at the beginning and say sorry we don’t stock them anymore!

I have been using the pharmacy for years , very friendly staff always help me in everything I need . Thanks to all 👍👏
