Boots Pharmacy

Part of the national chain of pharmacy. Can sometimes be a little frustrating when you go in to get a prescription filled as they don't have a huge stock of items. They also share some of the repeat prescription management with another store so sometimes these are not always as spot on as they used to be. Overall still a good pharmacy/drug store

I have my prescriptions sent direct to them, even though I go in to collect my prescription two days later and they have my mobile to inform me when I have a prescription ready it never is or I never get a text to inform it is. Poor service. I am now considering moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy

Always been reliable for me I pickup medication monthly and get txts saying when it's there

Good service friendly staff and reasonably priced over the counter medicines

Nice clean bright shop, nicely organised and quick service from the lady at the till. Knocking one star off as I feel like the place was not manned enough as only one staff member could be seen throughout the whole shop

I wouldn't use any other pharmacy. The staff are extremely helpful and professional no matter how big or small the store is

Who in this day and age shuts their store on a saturday afternoon for 2 hours for "lunch", sort it out Boots!
