I can not recommend this pharmacy more highly. The staff are very pleasant and the wonderful Pharmacist is incredible knowledge, especially when it comes to medication and what can be taken with what, I always check with her first. Her suggestion have helped me on many occasions.

They also have a lovely range of cosmetics! Lotions and potions that do not cost the earth.

Highly recommend.

Please don’t disturb the lady behind the counter, playing with her phone, with silly questions like if they have NHS Covid test…

Please be more respectful of people coming into the store, they are sick and need help, they dont want to be judged for being sick

This is the best pharmacy. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable on conventional medicine and natural remedies. The pharmacist is always on hand for guidance on medication and minor ailments. They are all kind and ready to help. A pleasure to shop there.

Visited this pharmacy this evening and was appalled by the treatment from the lady at the back of the pharmacy. I visited to collect the emergency contraceptive pill. On arrival a young lady gave me a clipboard and asked me to fill out my details which I did. After being seated for 5 minutes I was told rudely by a separate lady ( who I believe is the pharmacist) that I could not have the pill. I asked her why. She said I need to go to my local pharmacy. I explained that it was 5.50pm and my pharmacy would be closing. She then said I need to go to my gp in the morning. I explained I could not wait until the morning and pleaded with her to be given it asked why she said no. She point blank refused. After not moving out of the chair she then said I will give it to you but you have to pay for it. I explained to her that paying for it wasn’t an issue. I was happy to pay for it and she should not assume I wanted it free and turn me away. What if I had left when she told me to leave. Her rudeness not giving me an option to pay would have had an impact on my life. She then mocked me and said I was angry. I didn’t ask for a free contraceptive pill. I just asked for the emergency pill and she assumed I was expecting it for free and tried to turn me away without explaining that I could receive it but I had to pay which I did. To not explain to somebody there options is disgusting treatment. I have to tick one star to post but I give 0 stars.The lady was judgemental, rude and lacked communication skills.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely unimpressed with the rude staff that refused to let me return an unopened item with a receipt that I bought by mistake

Excellent staff , The pharmacist who work there are some of the best I’ve come across within the NHS they provide excellent care for their patients and customers. This is one of the best pharmacies around in Hammersmith and Fulham.
