Went into the pharmacy today to collect a prescription.
No one was serving, we were just ignored.
We asked for help but got a very off hand and basically rude response.
Levels of customer service at this branch are quite simply appalling.
Also it states clearly on the wall that prescriptions will be ready on time every time, this is not the case at all. As a business you are not doing what you say you will do, and general customer experience is very poor.

It would be so nice if once in awhile they would answer their phone?
And deliver medications on the pre arranged day as they are aware no one at home,
The standard of customer service is at its lowest again!!!
As to LloydsDirect that I use for my Aunt,
Always emails saying out of stock!
And a week after medication arrives,
BUT NO MEDICATION FOR A WEEK!!
Very poor service,
It make me think that they are amateur and no caring, and can not be bothered?
Prove me wrong???

Very poor - closed 30 mins before closing time so I couldn't get my prescription :/ Lady at the desk ignored everyone waiting at door.

May I suggest that Lloyd's in Mildenhall employ more staff. The customer service is appalling. It's not fair on your customers and it's not fair on the existing staff.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The Pharmacist or whatever she was said I couldn’t get an over the counter medication for my wife because she was pregnant. Said I needed a prescription. Kinda defeats the purpose of over the counter doesn’t it. (The hospital and her midwife said we can walk into a pharmacy and get it) Completely safe for wife and baby. When I went in there the lady said I couldn’t get it and in a snarky voice “it’s probably different in America”. Like what is that supposed to mean!? (my wife is British btw) it’s crazy that a British national can’t get help by a British pharmacy on BRITISH SOIL! My wife called and was told by the pharmacist that since she had an American husband that she couldn’t get the medication she needs. All my wife needs is an over the counter medication that was suggested by a midwife! Why does it matter what they do in America? SMH… this place is a joke..

Shockingly bad. Queued for 10-15 minutes like everyone else, to then be told once at the front of the queue that their computers were down all day so they couldn't do any prescriptions, or sell any products at all in the shop. Any staff with half a brain would ask why even bother opening the shop and letting people queue if no one can actually get any medication or buy anything, and secondly at least put a sign somewhere saying it, or maybe tell those standing the queue for 10-15 minutes not to waste their time? Seems the staff at the smaller Lloyds in town have more common sense, they were shut and had a sign on the door saying no computers so couldn't prescribe or sell anything. This type of issue has become the norm for these Lloyds pharmacies who quite frankly aren't up to the task and provide a dire pharmacy service for Mildenhall, and hence why the last 5 years I have used Pharmacy2u online and get my prescription put through my letter box for the same price. It's a shame unfortunately I have the displeasure of needing something more urgent and have to use one of the 2 Lloyds pharmacies in town. These shops need shutting down, and a decent brand like Boots coming in and giving Mildenhall a half decent service. Drove to Red Lodge pharmacy and no issues at all, no queues and got all medication etc swiftly.

20 minute queue of coughing sneezing people. No social distancing. Told to wait 60 minutes for a prescription sent over 3 hours before. A good place to get infected.

They closed 5 minutes early than their slotted closing time. (They will deny this) considering the surgery doesn't close til 6 I think its stupid they close at 5.30... or 5.25 in this matter.

Also they downloaded my prescription and never returned it back to the system so I couldn't get it from any other pharmacy... I had to waste my time and putting people at risk as they couldn't do thier job correctly that the oncall service will be putting a complaint in to as they were fuming that I had to traipse around and get my prescription done again by the 111 service.

This is unacceptable although I'm amazed this store is still going. Whenever you go in the staff loom miserable.. never helpful.. and takes 45 minutes to do a 10 minute prescription on a normal day. In future I will get my prescription done at boots as they are more organised than this place.
