Absolutely infuriating service!! Second time I have used since they moved from Hatfield, but this is by far, the worst service so far!
I arrived to pick up my repeat order that I placed online over 48hours ago, bearing in mind I have had to get dropped off to pick up this order due to the fact you can longer park near the doctors or surgery unless you park in the ridiculous multi-storey car park which isn't suitable for all vehicles. I was advised the order wasn't back from the surgery and no attempt had been made to collect the order, I was then stupidly asked if I was running out of inhalers.... WHY ELSE WOULD I PLACE AN ORDER!?
If you are considering using this pharmacy, only useful if you live in the attached flats. but personally, I am not going to recommend, this has gone right down in service since moving, staff are also not like they used to be, extremely disappointing considering my family have all used both doctors and pharmacy for over 30years!

A painful story to share of an incredibly unhelpful chemist in these testing times. The latest reviews are spot on. The lady walking around barking orders needs to go and take a course on how to speak to customers, especially when they have done nothing but listen to the staff there. Saying you have something then randomly changing your mind when people have made a lot of effort to comply with your instructions is rude!! I am sure when Covid is over you will return to being exactly what you were before....some unseen chemist nobody bothers to go to. It is exactly what you deserve!
Just a follow up.. went back yesterday to this chemist because I needed to get Covid tests. Having got a QR code and chatted to the helpful guy serving, the same woman apparently the manageress, came over and said since I'd left a negative review they didnt want me to come into their pharmacy anymore. I would have happily updated this review if the previous experience had been diluted but obviously they are less worried about people trying to stay safe and trying to avoid spreading Covid and more concerned with personal vendettas. Really felt like some mafia operation, ironic for a place supposed to be all about people's health. Power in the wrong hands is always a dangerous tool, sadly hers are very definitely the wrong hands and she appears incapable of seeing any fault in her manner or behaviour. Feel free to comment if you feel I have misconveyed the facts iMed....
PS..no surprise they have never disputed the facts…because they are true..not subjective just true. I’m still hopeful you may give your side now the pandemic seems over and you’ve probably now more time and I’m guessing a lot less customers.

Very Nasty Rude and disrespectful Indian/Arab looking man I experienced today. He asked me a question and keep interrupting me every time I tried to answer and wouldn't let me talk. His colleagues witnessed it and did nothing about it. Finally a very young and polite professional lady spoke to me and helped me.
I wish I didn't have to get my meds here, but it's the closed Pharmacy to my house.

Also called at least 5 days before I needed my refill but the meds were not sent to the Pharmacy. When I finally called my Drs office, they said that no request was made by the Pharmacy. Unbelievable.

Friendly, helpful place to get your booster. My mum had an appt but I was a walk-in who was struggling to book online. It took 15 minutes total for both us. Thank you to the staff and volunteers at this location.

One of the most unhelpful pharmacies I’ve ever been to. I visited a couple of weeks ago to see if they sold alcohol swabs (a pretty standard piece of medical equipment) and was just told “no”. No suggestion of alternative places I might be able to purchase these (“no idea”)and no questions asked about why I needed them or what else I might be able to use in their place (she’d already turned her back and walked away from me by then). I thought you were meant to be able to ask your pharmacist questions and go to them for help re medication. But apparently not at this place!

Such a lovely team of pharmacists and volunteers at iMED - everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The vaccine service is really quick, efficient and well organised. Thank you for going the extra mile to make the experience great for clients and volunteers:)

I do not recommend this pharmacy. Had several negative experiences and was surprised by the lack of professionalism by their staff. Once, I was a refused a perfectly valid ePrescription issued by my private GP just because they didn't receive an email from them directly, despite the instructions on the prescription saying explicitly that showing the document via the phone plus using its authorisation code is enough to be valid in that pharmacy. In another visit, I was surprised that some articles they sold (eyelid wipes) were much more expensive than sold directly from Amazon (exact same brand and box). The staff member told me a weird conspiracy theory about Amazon meddling with the medical supplies they sold (replacing components, etc) to be able to sell them at lower cost. At that point they completely lost my credibility.
