Park Lane Medipharmacy

Horrible place, girl on til asked me to wear my mask which is fine , but she was stood behind the til feet away from me with no mask, protection or plastic screen on her desk, I asked where her mask was she laughed and said "shop assistants don't have too" why?? Ur not doing anything to protect me or other customers, ur dealing with more people face to face than I probably see in a day, didnt like her attitude or rude response, nobody is exempt from this virus.

This was the only pharmacy operating until 6 and was a life savour for people who work full time and can only attend in the weekends and was helpful with emergency last minute medications , very upsetting it’s closing at 1 like many other pharmacies and now I have to travel God knows where. Apart from that good staff

Ordinarily this is a good pharmacy but recently I went to purchase cough linctus and the staff were quite happy to forget I was there until, after about 10 minutes, I asked a dispenser to serve me.
Would have gone somewhere else but there isn't another pharmacy around. Next time I'll go to Sutton. This must be why high streets suffer.

Rang in the morning to check if my prescription would be ready if I came to collect at lunch. It would be. Arrived at 12.20 and was told it just need the pharmacists signature and was asked to sit down.. 20 minutes later a queue had started to build and nobody had received a prescription. After enquiring was told the pharmacist was in a consultation (would have been better if I'd been told when I arrived). He finally emerged and signed our prescriptions. I ended up waiting for approximately 35 minutes. With the walk to and from the pharmacy that's almost an hour of my lunch break gone.. without any lunch. I did not receive an apology.

I had my first covid-19 vaccination here and all the staff were wonderful. They explained the procedures to me and I felt safe. Also after the vaccine I felt a little fatigued so I was immediately offered water. Thumbs up for Sara and Tracy and Thank you to all staff there.

First Class Service
I have just had my Covid booster following a mix up yesterday with dates (completely my fault). All the staff were kind, professional and very efficient in particular Tatyana. Many thanks for your help and support.

Ellie is so helpful with my mothers repeat prescriptions. She helps my wife out so we don’t have to worry about sorting prescriptions with doctors. Ellie and Tracy and rest of staff always go above and beyond to help. Thank you

Had both COVID vaccinations here; amazing organisation, appointments on time and super helpful staff. Keep up the nice work and thanks a lot for your commitment!
