The staff and pharmacist were very helpful and friendly. Takes time with each customer. Highly recommend!

Wasn’t impressed with this pharmacy all!
My health and life were put at servere risk when my medication was not delivered on time.
I suffered a bleed on my brain which resulted in my having a stroke.
I was put on seizure medication so not to become unwell & seizure again.
A prescription was sent to this pharmacy and took a week for it to finally be delivered to my apartment.
I had to call and complain regarding this issue as it was important that my medication is to be taken twice daily.
I was told by a female member of staff that due to the delivery driver finishing work they had no one to deliver the tablets to my apartment even though I live two blocks away.
The members of staff didn’t seem to be that interested or bothered with the situation until I began to get very angry and upset with them.
At this point I was extremely stressed knowing that I hadn’t taken my seizure tablets for a week which was detrimental for my health and condition.
I found the the girls working on that day to stick with each other and had no respect for my concerns until I made it quite clear that I wanted my medication delivered to me immediately on that day.
I told them that I would like to speak to the manager when he returned to the pharmacy and I never did get any form of feedback from him at all.
Absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy and the thought of having to loose my temper just goes to show how professional the female staff are.

Yesterday I went to Notting Hill Pharmacy because I was not feeling well and wanted to measure my blood pressure. I was seen immediately and they were very friendly. Also, I didn't have to pay anything at all. Thank you very much for the help!

The pharmacist was so helpful! She gave me great advice and tips, and recommended over the counter medicine that actually worked! Most pharmacies are closed on sunday. So thankful for this pharmacy! Only visiting the UK , but will definitely be back soon.

Perfect service and nice staff. I came to check my blood pressure because of feeling unwell and received excellent, emiddiate service here. Before to come here, I tried to do it in Boots, but they offered me an appointment only next day, ridiculous!

Amazing place! The staff are SO kind and helpful - they went above and beyond in helping me out. I needed a covid test in accordance with government guidelines; they helped me figure out which test to get and were so sympathetic to the stressful situation I was in. I will absolutely be coming back to support this business and the kind people who run it.

Horrible young man would not refund a product after 30 min of purchasing it. The product was too big for me. (Back corrector) it’s only one size and too big. I took it back straight away. 30 min!!! He wouldn’t give me my money back. Hope people treat him the same!!

I needed a Covid test with a quick turnaround, and Omid and his staff went above and beyond to help me out. Their knowledge, generosity and overall friendliness was so welcome when it looked like I might struggle to get home. This is an independent business that cares about its customers, and its place in the community. If you are in west London and need a pharmacy, this is a place where you'll be very well looked after.
