Small pharmacy, but still has a good range of products at reasonable prices. Good knowledge or regular customers/patients, and helpful staff whether you're regular or not.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Going the extra mile to sort my prescription. Would recommend to anyone.

I would like to say a big Thank you to Lisa and Julie, they are really lovely and very helpful, have had a few problems with my Dads prescription etc and they have always gone out of their way to help, all the staff are lovely and the lady who delivers my Dads prescription is also great even though she doesn't like my Dog she is always smiling and is also very funny bless her.

Friendly staff goes out of their way to help you anyway they can. special mention to Lisa & Julie who goes the extra mile to help you if you have any problems with your prescription.Highly recommended

This place is terrible for customer service and partner has tried to speak to them and they constantly put the phone down numerous occasions,trust me if I could give no stars I would!!boycott the place

Courteous kind and caring staff always happy to help always good at diagnosing any problems and more than happy to order the correct medication great under pressure respectful and discreet number one chemist in Ipswich can't speak highly enough about all the staff many thanks for all the great service over the years and all the years to come

Thank you to the kind blonde lady, I should have asked her name for bringing the meds outside as I could not come in with my little one. Little things like this make life nicer. Appreciate it.
