This pharmacy has the best service on Caledonian Road! It's so efficient and I am always greeted with such warmth. Karishma is an amazing pharmacist and so easy to talk to, just what you need from your local pharmacy! Definitely worth the switch, so glad I did it.

Knowledgeable and kind staff. However pharmacist is always on the phone for a while each time I visit and while I’m sure this is helpful to some, people actually present at the pharmacy have to wait since sometimes the staff need advice from the pharmacist, who is on the phone. Might be helpful to address..

Delivers my medication on time. I was with the pharmacy across the road but was not getting the service I wanted. Karisma always call before the delivery of my medication and have never had a late delivery or missing medication unlike my previous chemist. Thank you so much for you all do and keep doing during these times - appreciate all the support and also thank you for the COVID test and free flu vaccination.
