Also the prices there are always reasonable, they have never been out of stock of anything we've needed, and they do all the other services you'd want like travel vaccinations, health checkups etc.
A great place!
I've been going to this pharmacy for 6 months, after moving into the area. Initially I thought they would be a good pharmacy to use. However the past few visits have been awful. After visiting a few times for items to help with a bad shoulder, collecting repeat monthly medication and engaging with the female pharmacist I felt that I was a regular. Visiting today was the final straw of several bad interactions with her. As I stood there in an empty store, arm in a sling fresh from surgery that addressed a shoulder issue that she knows I have been working on she chose to be straight up rude. While in hospital and recovering from surgery I neglected to submit a request for repeat meds with my GP. Running out. Came in to ask if I can get enough to go thru the weekend knowing the GP will approve on Monday. The same medication she fills for me every month. Standing there in pain, arm in a sling, she chose that time to preach at me regarding refill timing, why she didn't want to do it, how I need to be better about submitting my monthly request. This is the first time I have asked for an emergency supply. I pointed to my sling, told her that I had been in hospital, didn't matter to her. So as I stood there, in pain, awkward, hoping she can help me out I felt like she was talking to me like I was a child, not a full grown man. While she was huffing about giving me a week's worth I looked at all the signs on the counter. "Rules" the customer has to follow. But what I didn't experience was a level of customer service from her that had care or compassion in it. She runs it by policy and preaching. Demeaning customers. What an awful moment when I am trying to recover from a difficult surgery.Dreadful. Won't be back.
decided to buy it just to find out 5 minutes later it is not valid for my country as well. Once back in the shop max 15min they refused to return my money or give a discount on the Pcr i will have to take. The owner/pharmacist literally turned is back on my and moved to another side of the shop. Once i followed and ask how i could make a complaint i was told to look at the website and i would find it there. This was terrible service and these are hard times for everyone and they shouldn't just keep people's money like this or sell these tests that can't even be used anymore.
