Lovely chemist the pharmacist is a very nice guy and so helpful

You would expect a simple message letting you know that your prescription has arrived but no? When you call to chase it up you’re just given a bunch of unnecessary attitude from someone who clearly isn’t happy in her role. Won’t be coming back, I can get my prescriptions from another pharmacy!

Such a lovely little pharmacy. Also attached to Balham Park Surgery so one can see a GP and have the prescription sent straight through electronically and then one can pop across and pick it up!!!!! This fantastic little place also does free deliveries so I don’t have to worry about my elderly parents having to carry bag-loads of medicines and lotions!!!!! What I really love about this place is the staff. They are super friendly and there is a real sense of community here. They will request repeat prescriptions for you too!!!!! You can often have a chat whilst waiting for medicine and they have lots of fun things to browse and buy. They also have lots of services too so pop in and ask!!!!!!

My son has not had his medication since last week. The doctor had explained that he had written a three month script. So when he was due for his medication after one month we could go and get the next months. Came to the pharmacy and was told they did not have the medication we were told that they could get it in on Tuesday morning. That is all that was told to us. Come back Tuesday morning (it was Saturday Morning). We come back Tuesday afternoon...the medication is not there. I am told the need the script from the doctor so they can order the medication. I ask why wasn’t I told that when I came here on Saturday? Why was I told they were getting it and to come back on Tuesday? The woman sarcastically says, “Was it me you spoke to?” She knew she was not there on Saturday and I did not speak to her. I then say I didn’t know anything about the script. When you get the script how long until you can get the medication? The staff won’t answer that. They keep saying over and over “yiu just to get the script.” Ok...but if I do...how long until you get the medication!!!!!????!!!! The woman then says to me “Next time, don’t wait until last minute.” I THOUGHT I WAS DOING WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BY DOING EXACTLY WHAT THE DOCTOR A D YOUR PHARMACY TOLD ME TO!!!!!! Got the script. Went to another pharmacy and my son will have his meds tomorrow. We will NEVER go to another Day Lewis again.

The staff here are polite & very helpful

Very unprofessional guy at the front!!! Extremely rude and not manners to talk to costumers... The guy with curly blond hair make feel so embarrassed by asking if I'm paying for my prescription in a very bad way saying that if I'm working I have to pay for it.
Definitely will change the chemist.

These people are liar and chaters they took your money and give you half medicines and then they will ask you to collcet next week when you visit next week they inform you that we have given you all medicine and they keep repeating same word all time. This is also negligince towards patient and leads to very serious condition without medicine. i guess NHS needs to cancelled their trading lience and they all are lias and cheater never visit this pharmacy they will ruin your life by not giving you medicine which you paid for. i wish i could give them a negative rating but no such option.

I don't know how this place is still in business. I have been calling continuously over two days and they never answer. The staff are always miserable and abrupt, which for a company dealing with people with health issues is just unacceptable. I have been calling to try and authorise someone to pick up my prescription as I cannot get there but they will not answer the phone. Terrible.
