The pharmacist and team at C&H have been amazing. They have bent over backwards to ensure that my prescriptions are ready on time, are always quick to react to any issues that may arise with my prescriptions and always meet my expectations.

More importantly they make me feel better just through their friendly and considerate manner. Always remember me by name and happy to have a chat. That welcoming feeling has been lacking in the nearby area, especially with the chained stores, so now I go local and go and visit a pharmacist and team that really care about me as a person rather than another prescription for their collection. The services they provide have allowed me to ensure that my family's health is maintained which again is priceless.

Five stars is not enough for the level of service received from the C&H team. In the last few weeks, they have provided the utmost due care for their customers and their advice and service is world class. They understand your health matters and, in my situation, they went beyond what I had expected. I was blown away with their handling of my covid test for travel. I missed my first window to have it done, which meant getting my and my partner’s test results back in time for our flight was very doubtful. The team were proactive, strategic, came up with a revised plan of advice, provided steps of what I should do next and were there to support and help along the way. I followed their advice and I got my results the same day! I’m so grateful to the team..

Love having a local pharmacy rather than traipsing into town. Can get toiletries at good prices, and had my chickenpox vaccine here as well. Staff friendly and helpful.

Even when a prescription problem is due to an issue with my GP surgery, they magically sort it usually within a day or two. They bend over backwards for each of their customers. It's the best pharmacy I've been to in my entire life. They are kind, patient, understanding and will do anything in their power to keep you healthy.

Superb service! I recently arranged for a chickenpox vaccine for baby daughter and myself. Booking and communication ahead of the appointment was very easy, and the staff were very friendly and professional on the day. Strongly recommended!
