Esom's

I went to Esom today to buy Otex express era drops - I noticed you have Otex express combi pack - I asked what the price was and was told that it cost £9.00- but on your website showed the price £6.99- I asked the assistant why the price didn't show the website price - I was not provided with an explanation!!

Certain female pharmacist and other female staff are EXTREMELY rude, unwelcoming and even spiteful!!!!!

Many years ago, this used to be a friendly place - not now!

After almost 10 years using this local business I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN. The owner is a gentleman in its truest sense. The Adsistants arebrilliant. The pharmacists -That is ANOTHER STORY. When I was well I was a great customer. When I became I'll about 3+ years ago, it appears I was someone who turned illiterate and dumb overnight. Regularly lectured to and told inaccurate facts. Will be reporting them to their Regulatory body. Apologies to the owner who has always treated me well but he needs to see how his senior staff treat customers. Hate saying this and vowing NEVER to use your business again but you need to wake up and see why your previously loyal customers are leaving you.I will crawl elsewhere rather than....

Good range of goods, price's a little heavy but not outrageous!

Great pharmacy, great staff and friendly professional service, clean and bright. Treatment rooms are an asset. Very private for consulting. Highly recommended pharmacy

Minor kitchen accident, and I had to find a pharmacist. All the others locally were closed. I saw your lights on, ran over to your door with a blood soaked tissue wrapped around my finger, and whilst you were actually closed, you were kind enough to open the door for me to help. Sorted me out with everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Excellent service. Very helpful staff and very well laid out store. This is how pharmacies should look and feel. My visit was purely for a covid booster so cannot comment on prescription service.
