Stickland Pharmacy

My wife and our 8 months old baby having fever, bronchitis and double ear infection were waiting for 10 min in this pharmacy and the cashier took my prescription and did not serve me. She did not inform me that the pharmacy was the other desk. She gave them my wife's prescription but they did not proceed it without informing my wife. They took care of another order. My wife was waiting. She realized what was happening. My wife had to ask what was going on. The answer was : if you are not happy, just go to an other pharmacy. I have never seen such an inappropriate behavior in my life and such a poor service. Such persons should do an other business, a pharmacist must help and serve patients and not customers. I strongly advise people not to go there.

This is my favourite pharmacy in London. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I feel like the staff really care about me and my well-being and go above and beyond. 5 stars all the way!

Called in as my granddaughter had pain in her side and the staff could not have been more helpful. The asian lady pharmacist advised and sold us some pain killing medicine which did the job within half an hour and thanks to them made the rest of our day in London a pleasant visit. A very big thank you.

I’m traveling in London and I got sick so I went in this pharmacy which I really liked. the customer services there and staffs behaviour was very nice. They helped me figure out whole situation and made me choose the right medicine.

Excellent service, I have got to say this pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies around. They do their job well and I like how they talk you through the whole process of buying to drop at your doorstep. Been with stickland pharmacy for some time now and I wouldn’t go anywhere for my purchases. Thank You !! xxx

Asked for Aspirin chewable tablets. Was told such a thing would not exist (!?). Wasn't presented with any other option to relieve my headache on the go. Why bother to go to such a place...

Disinterested and unhelpful service. Couldn’t be bothered to determine what we needed. Left without buying.
