My son went to collect his prescription and was told it wasn't ready, which was fine, he was speaking to a lady at first then the male pharmacist was rude so my son being young told him to calm down and swore. Although my son shouldn't of retaliated, the guy in question was rude and used his position behind the counter to look down on my son. He then refused to deal with his prescription ans sent it to another pharmacist so my son is running around when he should be resting. Terrible service, official complaint to be made. He is in the Asda pharmacist now and a 10 minute wait which he doesn't mind. What a difference in service.

I think this pharmacy is a mixed bag.

My partner dealt with a male pharmacist who was very difficult about a prescription from a dentist which she eventually had to drive miles to get rewritten. Another pharmacist later couldn't understand why the first had been so troublesome.

I used it this evening and the female pharmacist was friendly, quick and helpful.

I have always uses Lloyds pharmacy and found them fabulous but this branch is the exception the staff are rude and condesending when asked if they have a product saying 'we are not sainsbury we're lloyds' or being corrected when they ask your address when collecting your prescription and told your not pronouncing it correctly!! The pharmacist is lovely please get yourself some different staff!.

Once again this morning (a busy Saturday morning) there is NO pharmacist on duty so no prescriptions can be issued, nor any non prescription tablets sold over the counter. This is appalling service and totally unacceptable. This is becoming an alarmingly frequent occurrence and I would suggest that, if Lloyds can't staff the branch properly, they should shut it down.

Went there tonight after getting prescription from my dentist for an infection in my tooth, the male pharmacist told me it did not have enough info, went back to long Ashton to get it filled out as it did not have my details on, went back to pharmacy and he still would not accept it, very rude man went staright to Asda and they accepted it. Think he needs to know how to treat people and not talk down to them.

Strange and objectionable staff member. Unfriendly and cold...the exact opposite of ‘service with a smile’. Treated me with suspicion for buying painkillers. Will go elsewhere from now on.
