Unhelpful and dismissive staff at the prescriptions section. It was the first and definitely the last time I bought my prescription medicine there.

1) the pharmacist gave me a generic anti-epilepsy medicine instead of a branded one without even asking me what medicine I had been taking before. Changing anti-epilepsy drugs can be tricky and even dangerous.
I know he dispensed according to the prescription but he could have warned me at least. I would have gone to another pharmacy.

2) the pharmacist didn't enclose PATIENT INFORMATION LEAFLET which is mandatory.

3) they refused bluntly to source my second medication which was "out of stock due to manufacture issue". Well I went to another Notting hill pharmacy where the pharmacist had no issue ordering medication for me.

Deeply disappointing and frustrating.

I was really struggling to find a pharmacy on a Sunday around 5pm that was still open. I needed to get medication for one of my kids . They were open had what I needed and didn't worry about the time they closed more about did I have what I needed. We have all been there rushing to get something for a sick member of your family , worried etc. I was able to call the Mrs don't worry I have it home soon . Thanks guys

Please avoid this pharmacy. I was given an owing note, as they were unable to fulfill my prescription. I came back the next day and they gave me the incorrect antibiotics! When I went back they said it was the same medication even though the dosage was incorrect. I stood my ground and asked them to review what they had given me and made sure I left with the right prescription and dosage. What frightens me the most is I could have taken the incorrect antibiotic, which may have contained something I am allergic to as I can only take certain antibiotics due to serious allergies.

The people working here are truly terrible staff. They very much gave the impression I was disturbing their day. The one girl behind the counter was incredibly rude in her manner. I was looking for a product and asked her she just kept saying “to your right” even as I was clearly moving and looking right. She would not get off her seat and show me. The other was vacuuming during opening hours. Rude, useless, oblivious.

Always amazing staff, super helpful. Anyone who says otherwise is completely mad. I’ve been going here for years.

It's an OK chemist shop. Bright and clean. Not your everyday chemist. Selected stock. I went there for my flu vaccine but first I had to fill in a Form which required one's NHS No. I had to return home for it. Cheerful staff. I noticed the pharmacy section was stacked with uncollected medication 💊

Warm, kind and helpful people at this pharmacy. They had everything I needed for my sick baby and assured me the best way to care for her. Fantastic neighbourhood pharmacy.
