Just coming to pick up a prescription on a Saturday, when the lady behind the counter said it will be ready. The chemist is closed with no note as to why. It should be open according to the opening times! Now don't have my prescription until next weekend when I can come again to pick it up, if it is open then...

Lovely Pharmacist put on PAW Patrol for my daughter as he gave her a vaccine. Such a kind man… she is now no longer afraid of vaccines as he was so nice - “and it didn’t hurt”. Thank you. Well-stocked, clean pharmacist with parking outside. Highly recommend

Been there for vaccinations for a trip to Nigeria. Very uncomplicated,?all vaccines available, competent consulting.

Went there for travel vaccinations. Reasonably thorough consultation and administering. Let down by Malaria tablet advice which was to take them for two days after leaving the country. Safer advice from other places was to take them for a week after leaving.
Very difficult to get in touch by phone. Once I was there I realised why. The staff member regularly let it ring out.

Doesn't open on time (GPHC) would like to be aware of this. Lies to your face saying can't get codeine linctus for over a year when readily available from AAH poor. GPHC ethics and code of conduct not being follwed

Got my covid booster here earlier today. Really well organised and short wait. The pharmacist that did the jab was lovely and put me completely at ease. Pharmacy itself was well stocked with everything you'd expect.

Went in to buy senocalm when I asked if they had it the lady told me they didn’t but showed my a product completely different (a laxative rather than medication) then pushed my to buy a bigger pack and when I realised it was completely different she refused to give me a refund and processed to lie about saying how she had told me it wasn’t the same. Never go here your health isn’t on their mind it’s the money!

Always super helpful in this chemist. They also do the covid jabs and flu jabs there and when I went in I didn't need an appointment.
