Crofton Park Pharmacy

Such a brilliant pharmacy and the team there are so helpful and kind. They always help sort out problems with my daughters prescriptions and make sure she has everything she needs.

The service has always been poor and disinterested. Given the photo attached was taken over 10 minutes after their advertised opening time they really don't seem to care.

Wouldn't be a problem if they were any other shop but they're there to dispense often vital medicine!

Excellent service, efficient and highly competent staff. I've used this chemist several times recently and been very impressed by their kindness and medical knowledge. They've recently got flu vaccinations in and the prompt service here was amazing. Far better than waiting in a lengthy phone queue at the surgery or even longer to be invited for a jab. Highly recommended.

Almost 4/5 stars. The staff are nice, service is an okay speed, the only issue is they are too often closed. WHY? Why everytime i want to go are they closed? 830 - 1930 would be great. Or at least stay open on Thursday afternoon. Being closed at lunch is also not great.

I am really impressed with this pharmacy. I have always been treated very well whenever I visit or phone.
The people who work there are always considerate and hard working.

This isn’t my local pharmacy so I have only been there twice, when my usual pharmacy hasn’t had something in stock. On both occasions I have been so impressed with how much effort they have gone to to get me my prescription- they have called the doctor to chase / change the prescription and really gone above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend!

Service at all other times has been fine but today the pharmacy closed just before their advertised closing time of 4pm and I was left unable to pick up my prescription. Combined with closing over lunchtime and on Thursday afternoons means I’ll be getting my prescriptions elsewhere in future.

A great pharmacy. The pharmacist is friendly and empathetic and the staff are efficient. I always go there now.
