Great customer service, this place has been my pharmacy for a couple of years now. They provide great advice when asking for help. Would recommend to anyone who lives in the area

Had my covid booster and flu vaccine here. Huge thank you to all the staff who were helpful, professional and friendly. Anna at the reception was patient and answered my questions with a smile. A great welcome especially for people who might be anxious. 😊

Amazing service. Had my travel vaccines here - included a consult of what I needed based on where I was going. Very thorough and lovely staff!

I had an appointment booked for my booster jab. When I get there I'm told they have run out of vaccines although I was told one day before all booked appointments would be fulfilled and my appointment was not cancelled in the meantime.
They claim the shortage is all around but nowhere else seems to be affected.
Either extremely disorganised or plain dodgy.

Nice staff, but no physical separation of customers, no enforcement of masks ... and our Fit To Fly certificates were supposed to be ready in 30 minutes, and it's four hours later and they've gone home. And we have to leave for the airport in the morning before they open.
Avoid.

Shockingly unprofessional. Unmasked staff at the height of Omicron, unable to operate their own computer system, half empty shelves. I felt more unsafe and unhealthy as a result of visiting.
