The staff are extremely polite. The store is quite small but always full restocked.

I went to collect my prescription 6.27pm they already closed the door but two of the staff is still inside and doing some paperwork. They were shouting inside saying pharmacist is gone can't give my prescription. I said to them just hand over my prescription and I don't even have to pay for it because i show them my prescription prepayment certificate but those stupid stuff just ignored me and walk away.

After it’s refurbishment, I went in for the first time & nothin has changed a bit. Service is as usual let down. I paid a Scottish note to the attendant & she told me she can’t accept it because it’s not English sterling note. She needs to be trained about cash/bank management policy in the UK. Items that I needed were not available considering how an extra space has been built(purposely if it’s for that reason). Really nothing significant has changed. Still one of the poorest branches all over UK. Lucky I gave it a 2 star!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They can never open on time, the technician always fails to arrive at 9:00 and without the technician they can’t even open the door. They will just live you waiting outside. I was trying to collect my order for 1 week, every time they failed to open the shop on time and I’m not able to wait outside as I have job to go to. When you finally make it to the shop she will fail to find your order, she will look for hours and finally tell you she can’t find it. I will never go to this shop again. Absolutely unreliable, incompetent and unprofessional.

Terrible service closed 1-2pm no mention at all on website! Lady could not of cared less and lied saying the Information was on the website! I looked beforehand and it most definitely does not state that it is closed between these times!

Dr Alzarrard has always helped in prescribing medication for me and my children. Receptionist are very professional Tripta and Sukhdev always welcoming. Good service just a long wait sometimes in getting through but apart from that all good.

Poor service
I approached my local Hayes Boots store, approximately before closing time which has been my local store within the last 14 years.
I just remembered to pick up my prescription about 6.25pm, the door was open I stepped into the store I was told by a young female member of staff that the store was closing in 2mins and that she needed to go home.

Each time I have made this branch aware from the text they have sent me that my surname is wrong, which will delay the min finding my Prescription, which was texted for collecting today on my phone at 12.37pm today by the store. It was texted with my first and middle name which I corrected the store with my correct first and surname before.

I had a discussion with the young female staff member behind the dispensing counter and mentioned about once a customer is in the shop they should not always feel rushed and that they need to handle customers a little better. I mentioned that I had also just lost three people and it not nice how Im was being handled.
The male shop assistant who works on the tills in the branch, approached from the side then said he needed to get home. He appeared to interject my conversation very rudely.

I made him aware that he was treating me exactly what I was explaining about to the young lady and that I was not speaking to him but the lady. He went to the back and then the store to get ready to leave. In the mean time I was approached by the store Pharmacist and confronted her about how they are handling customers, and mentioned how long I had been coming to the store, and the way they treat the public rushing them out the store is unprofessional and also take a brief moment to listen to the customers before trying to abruptly run the out of the store before listening to the query.

I asked her how she can improve on how they treat their customers, and how she would be able to improve on their service and deal better with this, she rolled her eyes at me. I made her awre she ids doing this. I informed her that this is how she presented with an impatient body and facial language. I said when I can follow her up on this up when can I come back in for her improvement response, she appeared to huff be behind her mask? She went to the main door came back, with the male assistant waiting for me to leave, and waited by the door waiting for me to come out the store.

I said this is unacceptable as I saw that she just could not be bothered to deal with the complaint. Next thing I knew she said if I don’t leave the store she will call the Police, I said never in my time have I been treated like this attending this store.

Before I could walk to the door, when I was speaking out about how I was treated, I heard the police speaking in the background. I left respectively seriously I’m appalled by this behaviour. I wish to report my concerns about the 3 staff in the store the way in which I was handled which appears to be narcissist an wicked behaviour, by the male staff an Pharmacist in particular, which was very unprofessional. They showed a serious lack of empathy, cold approach, abrupt, lacking patience, rude, lack of manners, with seriously poor people skills. Everyone has pressure to deal with after a hard working day. But no excuse to treat people unfairly.

There is a (camera in the store), please feel free to review it, before your told it does not work. I would like this to be taken as an official complaint, which needs to be investigated. If they don’t like their job then why are they working there? ho else has had this treatement, I wonder. The Pharmacist was extremely unprofessional, with a lack of professional ethics and boundaries with staff that appear to collude with her behaviour never experienced this service by any member of staff there before. At times I have been in the store and people are literally asking for people’s details of DOB, and address showing lack of discretion of their data. The service needs monitoring and customer feedback it important here.

I also went straight to my GP surgery to let them know of my experience.
