Cannot fault this chemist on anything. The staff are always very helpful and efficient. They are very friendly and provide amazing service. Would highly recommend this chemist to anyone!

Nothing wrong with this pharmacy, it is just one staff who has let down. This particular female staff does not know how to find or locate the prescription, by asking the correct information from patient. She asked my name and when I have given my name, she could not find the prescription. So she asked second time my Surname and after mentioning my Surname, she rudely replied with a bad tone "that's why I asked Surname" . I have answered for she have asked first and again answered for the second question she asked. It seems she is clueless, what to asked clearly from the patient when they go to pick up prescription.. Pathatic and rude.. Bad Start for the day..
