Trying to collect a prescription. Not easy as computer down even though I was informed mine was ready yesterday. It was eventually found after the assistant went through all the draws . She was plesant enough.

Small boots with all the essential products, including allergy tablets, skincare, vitamins, fragrances and shavers. You can also get your flu jab and prescriptions here. If you want specific name brands, like La Roche Posay, visit the much larger one in Romford instead.

Not suited to anyone working trying to collect a prescription. 20 mins to queue, then gave up after 20 mins to get the meds made up. Prescription was sent 2.5 hours before.

Very busy store. Had flu jab booked. Got there 10 minutes early but didn't get seen till 10 minutes AFTER appointment time.
Not clear either where to queue up. Could do with clearer signs. Staff were very good, though.

All the items you would ever want from a Medical / Chemist environment.
I'm a 50 Year old Male and very impressed by the amount of Sanitary products available.
I might start having Periods just so I'm not missing out. 🤪😇🤣 yes I'm being sarcastic.

Never feel good after shopping in this shop. The staff are not very customer friendly. I always feel that I have inconvenienced them. Just moved my wife's repeat prescription to a chemist in Elm Park where we get excellent service.

Staff never answer the telephone. I've been ringing constantly for days to find out whether or not a prescription for my mother has been received and when it is likely to be delivered, but to no avail; phone rings constantly and then line goes dead. I live 2 hours away so I cannot simply pop in and hope for the best. Some of the medication people need is life saving, so this needs to be remedied.

Don't bother to show up in the morning, straight after opening as the staff will ignore you while trying to figure out who should serve you. I was at the till waiting to be served while three staff members chatting next to me about how there are morning went. Great!
