I cannot say enough about Zen in terms of customer service. They are proactive in supporting me with prescriptions, hugely responsive on WhatsApp at any time of day and can arrange courier service to your door. They have given me small discounts/ free items without me asking and are also simply a really engaging, kind, knowledgeable bunch of people that are a pleasure to deal with.

Truly setting the benchmark for next- generation pharmacy support.

Never thought I'd be leaving a review about a pharmacy but they deserve it. Super friendly and helpful, which is much appreciated during these COVID times. Communicated with me as soon as they got my prescription to offer me several payment as well as pickup/delivery options. Really loved the flexibility -- they really care about their customers.

Currently undergoing fertility treatment, and for anyone who knows, it is an expensive and fraught process. The staff at Zen have all been incredibly helpful and polite, however I must mention Thamer specifically - I paid for and collected a batch of medicine and subsequently found out the same day that I was moving on to different medication. While calling to arrange payment and delivery of the new medicine, I assumed the previous medicine was just written off. Thamer suggested a solution of returning the medicine (it requires room temperature storage and is still in the packaging I picked it up in less than 12 hours later) via courier and offsetting the cost. This solution shows perspicacity and brilliant acumen, as well as kindness and sensitivity. I'll be a returning customer, recommend Zen over other pharmacies, and pay that kindness forward too. Thank you Thamer and thank you Zen!

First class service. Could not fault them at all. Nothing was too much trouble… order one day. Delivery the next. Simple and pleasant.

Huge mark-up on private prescription drugs. Almost 100% more than I'd pay elsewhere.

I appreciate you need to make money but this felt like extortion.

Definitely need to be avoided and doctors that are still sending prescriptions here need to be aware of the situation. Medicine is not something that you can wait for because staff is giving out wrong information. Prescription as sent for 2 months supply, as said on other reviews, prices are absurdly high, had no option to get only one month worth. When collected was told I could come back and get the second month at later date. Today, called them and was told I could come to collect, got there to be told that the prescription is expired a week ago and could not buy the medication. Staff member just said sorry. Nothing I can do and told me to wait till Wednesday when asked to speak with management. Action will definitely be taken this time.

Please avoid if you can. They dispensed expired medication and the wrong number of another medication then were extremely rude when I raised this and tried to blame me for their error. They did eventually admit fault and refund the medication but it was a bit late in the day for the very time sensitive medication I was prescribed.

Fantastic service: quick, knowledgeable and extremely reliable. They contact you via WhatsApp, so there's no chance of any missed calls. Their courier arrived with my medication ever before the time established. Strongly recommended. 👍
