Very unreliable. After using this pharmacy for around year, my repeat prescriptions were never ordered on time, which resulted in me having to get emergency prescriptions on a number of occasions. The pharmacists never got in touch when prescription my prescriptions were delayed and made a variety of excuses when my prescriptions did not arrive.

I am impressed with the service I have been receiving in this pharmacy-prescriptions are made promptly and the staff are always courteous.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the Chief Pharmacist Jay G. and staff of Crossbell who are ensuring that prescriptions are filled and where necessary delivered. Very much appreciated to receive my husband's new prescription by home delivery within a couple of hours.

First time to use this pharmacy, I am missing a box of medicine that they said dispensed but not in my bag. Check your medicine before leaving counter, unreliable. This is the first time that it happened to me. I just moved here in Acton and this is the only pharmacy near me. I will have to look for a new one because they are crooks.

Although they did not have the medicine in stock I needed for my baby they were very helpful and kind and gave me very good advices how I could help my ill baby.

Way too many barriers to get over. Great place otherwise
