I went to this pharmacy today as I was suffering really badly with my hay fever. This pharmacist quickly and efficiently prescribed me drops and nasal sprays which have worked wonders. The swelling of my eyes have reduced and I can now get on with my day! Waiting time wasn’t longer than 5 minutes. Thank you so much!

After a frustrating time not being able to book a GP appointment and there being no GP available at the local polyclinic, I visited this pharmacy for help. I was seen immediately and was diagnosed with shingles and was prescribed medication to help me. The pharmacist was professional and helpful and dealt with me very effectively. Also, the assistant was a friendly lady who was also very helpful to me.
I recommend this pharmacy totally.

I wrote a review but for some reason the cut and paste went awry. I would thoroughly recommend Panchem and all the staff who are a much needed ally in chasing prescriptions. I also had my 'flu vaccine administered yesterday without even needing a booking. In a world of poor customer service they stand out like a beacon of efficiency.

A really nice pharmacist. Very helpful when my wife who has dementia was having dizzy spells. Did not jump straight into giving pills. He talked to her so she calmed down. She felt a little better so he said to go home and if she started to feel worse we could come back and he would give her something. Which he did. Thank you very much.
