5 star customer service . Day before holiday I Realised that my second vaccine was over the 270 days so I was not classed as fully vaccinated. Called them - they invited me along to get my booster. Was seen within 5 minutes and all questions answered - nothing was too much trouble. They even gave me a print out of the booster as the booster may not have uploaded on my nhs app and I was flying the next morning. Luckily it was on my nhs app the next morning when I checked at 5am . Nothing was too much trouble and it is sometimes rare to see this level of efficiency and care. Thank you

Have been here several times for all of my travel vaccinations, the whole process is so simple and easy and the people there are so friendly helping us to get these done in time for our trip away! Wholeheartedly recommend coming here for any travel vaccinations!

I cannot believe how organised and service orientated they are At Parkview. I am disabled, came into the pharmacy and immediately a lady came took my perscription and organised a chair for me. i watched - they looked after everyone 5 star - thank you

Parkview Pharmacy. Went there this afternoon for our 4th covid jab booster. It’s better to be well protected especially when having underlying health conditions. Staff were so friendly & professional. Highly rate this pharmacy 5***** 😊😊😊

This is how a pharmacy should be. Professional, efficient, and all with a smile. Lloyds in Florey Square should just shut up shop as they will never compete with Parkview.

I recently received my booster jab here, and I'm very pleased to say that everything went very smoothly on the day. I arrived very early to see exactly where the pharmacy was and where the vaccinations were taking place. I still got seen to, resulting in me receiving my booster jab at an earlier time. The staff and volunteers were all very friendly, helpful and professional. I was well looked after and had my mind put at ease when receiving my booster jab. What a fantastic service!

Very welcoming staff and team. What would be a stressful period for some became all the more enjoyable - constant monitoring and interaction. The vaccinating team were incredible.
