Always find them incredibly rude in there. Have been in there about half a dozen times and it's like the customers exist for them. Had to speak to the pharmacist one time as I had a medical issue, he was incredibly unhelpful.

I suffer emphysema and require monthly medication, only used the pharmacist for 9 months but on 2 occasions the pharmacy had not put through an order I placed with them to the doctors, I find out this has happened when my prescription failed to turn up, at present I am sitting here without my life saving medication and my doctors are trying to rush my prescription with a rival pharmacy, not 1 apology was given by Lloyd's Pharmacy only blame against the doctors who have said no this is down to your pharmacy.

Got an email in the morning saying your order is ready for collection went there same day in the evening and apparently, the order is no ready, come back another day, great services, waisting my time and money.

Not a very good service getting a prescription takes so long

There is always at least 25 min wait time to disburse a proscription with 1 medicine while another pharmacy across the road disburses it in 5 min.

I am going to change my pharmacy.

Very rude went to for flu jab and they cancelled did not email me and text I am deaf wish they out of business and closed.

Update your programme... You are closing at 6 pm, apparently for months, not at 7!!! It's nice to come at 6.10 to collect your baby's prescribed antibiotics and you can't have them.

Very poor service.., rude abrupt staff & a week no after prescription sent, still not ready to collect. Would not use again
