Broadway Pharmacy with Cure Clinics

I can only commend and recommend this pharmacy to everyone. My recent experience was one where they were so helpful and their knowledge exceeded even that of the hospital specialist staff. They were able to liaise with my GP to get me a specialist product that has worked and saved hours of NHS staffs time and a hospital bed. For me it has brought relief from both pain and frustration at not being able to heal following Radio Therapy.

I found ‘H’ the pharmacist, really helpful recently. I had a concern regarding a prescription and he listened to my concern, contacted my GP and resolved the problem. He then called me a week later to check that I had no further issues with my medication.

Lovely and dedicated staff always on hand to help me. Fast and reliable delivery which is amazing especially for disabled people like myself a massive thank you!

Been going here for the last 3 years and service has been fantastic every time. Only once was medication out of stock and was quickly back in the same afternoon. Staff inside always very knowledgeable and friendly. Great variety and quantity of products.

I had to attend this pharmacy today as my local didn’t have the medication I was prescribed. All the staff were friendly, upbeat and attentive. I was attended to very quickly and then whilst waiting, asked several times by other staff if they can help. I view this as a positive. In particular I’d like to highlight the male pharmacist who seemed to know quite a few customers by name and details about their family. He put them at ease whilst they waited, he also recommended a home remedy instead of a patient buying a similar over the counter remedy. All this was refreshing to see not only as a customer and patient but also as a Gp who is feeling beat down by the pandemic and a bad case of sinusitis. Thank you for all your hard work.

I came in after being turned away by two pharmacies to go and see a doctor about my ear infection. I had seen a pharmacist called Huzefa who gave me some ear spray and advice. A couple of days later I can say what a gentleman! Thanks for seeing me at such short notice and helping me out with my ear pain. Will definitely attend this pharmacy more often!

In the past year, I have had to pick up prescriptions regularly for my elderly Father in law, every time the staff have been pleasant, helpful and respectful. Believe me when I say, he has made the whole process hard work, constantly messing about with pills, doses etc, the chemist and staff have been spot on, organising and advising. In these difficult times I thank them for their hard work.
