Mansons Pharmacy

Slow staff just a local pharmacy. Nothing special.

Some of the staff are good with one exception who operates without a degree of flexibility or understanding.

So so.... I got what I needed("maybe) but they definitely don't know what is the customer service... Once I got into the store they started to look at me like I was a alien just because I had my helmet in my hand(I came by bike) .... If I wasn't feeling that bad I would go to a different pharmacy...(lets be humans with everyone not just with nice dressed/rich appearing people... You are there to help people with deseases right?)

They are soooo slow. The amount of times I've missed a train or appointment because they start tending to other customers or need 3 people to tend to one person. No longer using as my nominated pharmacy. If you can't multitask effectively then don't.

This Pharmacy had really good staff I am a regular and I know the shop is well represented and very clean. There was a girl that stood out she was trying to get everything done you can tell she works hard.

Good NHS service

Sad to say goodbye to all at Manson's as we are moving away today. All the staff have been so helpful over the years going to miss you all. Thank you so much for your help and advice wish you all the best for the future.

Extremely slow. I only use it because its local to me. I always know that I must have plenty time when coming and not be in a rush.
They have plenty staff but it doesn't do much.
