Pitman Pharmacy

Great experience so far with the pharmacy, the pharmacist is very Professional and honest which is definitely not a bad thing when it comes to dealing with medication.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Imcredibly rude staff. Went to pick up a prescription and was told to wait as the pharmacist was in the bathroom. I waited 30 minutes and when asked where they were I was told they would be here soon. This is the second time I've had service like this-either no medicine or rudeness. The terrible reviews are no surprise. terrible reviews are no surprise. Not a pharmacy I would recommend.

I believe a few people (fewer then these reviews) have been upset with the pharmacist and got some of their friends to post bad reviews and almost launch a campaign against this man. After all, it happens on a regular basis on social media. Most of the bad reviews are probably just trolls. The pharmacist in charge has always been polite and patient; especially when I rang asking whether if he had a certain medication brand in stock and left it aside for me even before I handed in my script. Shame on you to all those whom are trying to bring him down.. reflect on your approach and attitude first.

I've found Mr Pitman to be a pleasant fellow. Those who accuse him of being rude might wish to look at themselves first. Pitman offer a valuable service to the community. Please show respect in future. Mr Happy HK.

Most unhelpful pharmacist. I am an old lady and he spoke to me showing me no respect or understanding, and made me feel stupid.

Always helpful and polite and always open till 11pm most evenings and will go above and beyond to assist you.
He also offers delivery service for regular customers which so valuable to people like mi mom who is elderly.
Great service, great staff highly recommended .

If I could give this minus stars, I would. Twice now we’ve been there and both times the guy has been incredibly rude for no reason whatsoever. If you hate your job so much, I suggest you get a grip of your life and do something that makes you happy rather than working in a customer service orientated role and dragging others down with your misery!

Not at all surprised at the appalling reviews on this pharmacist! He’s consistently and unnecessarily rude. Last time I visited bags of rubbish were blocking the door so I couldn’t enter with my Pram, no apology or attempt to move them so I had to do it myself. Someone in a wheelchair wouldn’t be able to do this. Appalling customer care for someone in a caring profession.
