Great Pharmacy. Looks like family run business. Looks like they have every medicine for every occasion. Reasonably priced. When you're ill, couple of extra pennies is not an issue. They have 2 chairs to sit on while they deal with your prescription. Always plenty of staff to help. They always know my name. Never had a bad experience yet there. Also free parking outside.

Went to pick up my son's prescription and was told that the medication is discontinued and that I won't find it in any other pharmacy. I was directed to go back to the GP and order alternative medicine. GP told me it's a lie and sent me to different pharmacy where that had the medicine. I wasted four hours of my time as I had to go back to my GP and drive to different pharmacy. This is ridiculous customer service of deliberately misleading customers.

The customer service here is excellent, always a pleasure to pop in. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

Yesterday, I went in and I am so impressed by how helpful, kind, friendly and professional Jazz was there in the pharmacy. She gave me fantastic service and was very knowledgeable about the products and how they would work for me personally and absolutely lovely. Vantage pharmacy are in my experience always very reliable, helpful and good and today was exceptional. 5 stars!

Fantastic pharmacy. The deliver my prescription every week and when I need emergency ones they get it to me in good time. My partner has always had really helpful advice when she has gone in.

I am deeply grateful for this pharmacy and the service they provide. A very big thankyou.

I will never step foot in the place again, from now on I will ask my GP to send my prescriptions elsewhere or use the Pharmacy on Landsbury Drive. The place is VERY unprofessional and seem sly/dodgy.

The little middle aged woman in there on the till is very loud and annoying and unable to communicate correctly when under pressure.

She made me come in face to face as she could not even find me on the system over the phone even tho I was there a few hours before.

Terrible service, I hope they close down and BOOTS opens up there instead.

Fantastic and such friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble, always so very helpful, couldn't wish for better service.
