My husband went to get an urgent prescription for me tonight issued by the doctor at 111, at around 7pm. After it had taken since around 2 pm for 111 doctor to get back to me ( they were polite, helpful and apologetic about the wait I understand they are pressured). He arrived at the pharmacy firstly told the px hadn’t come, then it was found. He waited for over an hour and then was told we can’t issue this because the computers down this was around 8.15 and the pharmacist was still there - they close at 9pm. I worked for many years in the NHs and if we had treated our patients like this there would have been hell to play. So I have another painful night and as I am COVID positive at the moment, he has to drive (he is disabled) back for me, tomorrow at ten. Not great service.

Spoke to a delightful pharmacist with a medication issue. Very helpful and informative. Thank you.

Seriously bad service. 8.30am this morning and could hardly believe that medication was not available because the pharmacist was ' doing his shopping' ..seriously...doing his shopping?? Forgive me but I thought it traditional that a pharmacist remained in the pharmacy during the hours the pharmacy was open?? The service there is famously slow but going off to do your shopping, good grief.

Lloyd's Chemist in Sainsburys Dunstable i usually try to avoid - I am made to feel when they appear from behind their screen that i am an inconvenience - I asked for Tea Tree Oil today and was told with attitude that they didn't sell it - a helpful Sainsbury employee checked and advised me that Lloyd's Chemist did stock Care Tea Tree Oil - i didn't return - i went elsewhere.

The pharmacy is fine, and the staff pleasant. But if you're coming to speak to someone re a medical matter, or collect a prescription, be prepared to wait. Even when there is no queue you often have to wait 10 mins or so until someone appears.

The tardiness of the staffs timekeeping is disgraceful 10h30 and nobody pitches up to open the pharmacy 6 customers walked away absolutely atrocious

Hide behind the screen and don’t serve you iuntil they’ve finished chatting to each other about nonsense and gossip.
The idea is to “serve” customers one assumes you get paid to work there it really is unacceptable.

Worst service ever no customer service, always telling you to come next day prescription ready, it happened to me few times, I'm going back Boots better service even though it's more faraway for me.
