I’m compelled to write my review regards to my visit today.
Shamila the lovely young lady who administered the covid Booster dose and flu jab to my daughter and me with absolute care,pain free and very professional way indeed.

Shah Pharmacy has been my dispensing pharmacy for over 3 decades. They have always been friendly, helpful and given a very professional service
Yesterday I went for a walk in covid booster jab and as usual I was handed over to a very professional and charming clinician called Shamila. I have a needle phobia and she assured me that she always administer the vaccine painlessly. True to her word, she did the vaccination and I hardly felt it.

Had my 4th Covid 16th and flu vacations today,16th September 2002 and I was a walk in patient,it was very professionally my a vaccinator named Shamila. She was very polite very knowledgeable and answered my questions to calm any fears I might have had. She also informed me of any aftercare, should i suffer any side effects, I may need to take. I walked in to buy some antibiotics for my friend coz he had an injury! I thought I could buy them without priscription, but the lady at the counter said “well you can’t buy medicines over the counter IN THIS COUNTRY “ that was rude, she could’ve put that in a different way! We felt insulted with this situation infront of other customers! The tone and her attitude left a bad impression. At the end she said we could check it with the pharmacist but didn’t wanna stay there, we walked out. Would never visit again and never recommend!

2nd visit to this Pharmacy and what a pleasant experience! They were very busy today (Covid/ Flu and polio vaccinations being given) but the staff were so friendly, kind and patient with everyone. It makes such a difference. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who lives in the area and wants a first class service! Thank you to all the hard working staff.

My son and I went to Shah pharmacy for various immunisation vaccines. Well organised and friendly team. I highly recommend.

Rude and ill mannered people working here. They threatened a 75 year old, when all they were asking was the reason for the delay in dispatching the medicine. They were all shouting and being extremely rude to a 75 year old. In the beginning they are nice to you, once you are a customer for sometime, they dotn care at all. I will never visit them again and will not recommend to anyone.
Shameful and poor experience.
