My daughter went to pick up my medication with my exemption certificate and she was rudely quizzed as to why I was entitled to get it free.
The reason I receive it free is nothing to do with the pharmacy sales person, I hold a valid certificate and as per GDPR my private details should not be requested by persons not entitled to know them and certainly not in a public space.
I have been getting my medication from this pharmacy since it was over the road. Since it has been taken over the service has gone down and the prices UP!
I will be changing where I get my medication.
I don't leave reviews as a rule so this shows just how unhappy I am about this.

Excellent chemists and serving staff. I am always happy with how friendly everyone is. There is a consultation room here and they deliver. This chemist is always busy but they to make sure everyone is served quickly. There is social distancing in place and hand sanitiser available. They sell a wide range of products and have been able to order some items previously for me when I have needed them. They are two seats inside close to the serving counter and for the days when my leg is not behaving properly is a great help.

I would recommend this chemist. All chemists are busy during this time and means at most times they will be busy. A lot of people have been unwell and unable to go to their GPs and along with peoples regular medication high demand is being placed on our chemists. This chemist will try to deal with you quickly and are really lovely people.

5 star service. Professional and friendly. Courteous and polite. Great customer service. Special mention for Jasmine ( and colleagues) who was especially helpful working under challenging CV19 pressures. Keep on going... and on behalf of all the good folks of LBH&F well done you and all of your colleagues. You guys typify what is and who are the very best of west London and your work ethic is what sums up being the very best of being British.

The best pharmacy in the world. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. I went there today to pick up my prescription and when I open it up at home I found a lovely hand write message inside. It made me smile and reminded me of kindness.

I don’t usually take time to post a Google review but after visiting this lovely pharmacy today and being served by the nicest person I just wanted to make sure it was officially recorded! I went in to collect a prescription and was served by the guy behind the counter (didn’t catch his name) who could not have been kinder and more patient with me and my hundreds of questions. The place was clean and tidy too and for a pharmacy was very welcoming! Thanks

Staff name: Nour

The GP prescribed me the incorrect medication. The medication was intended for a sensative area. Although I was quite alright with the mix up(I thought it was just a brand difference) Nour began searching with her colleague to see if it works be safe to use. They did not find a diffinative answer and were not going to allow me to have it unless the GP clarified it was correct. After a wait, Nour was correct and the medication was the wrong one. She could have left it and risked me having major issues (as did another pharmacy which thankfully did not have the item in stock which lead me here). Nour had my health and well being in mind and I will be changing my pharmacy to Hammersmith Pharmacy. Thank you Nour for your persistence, you have saved me a lot of pain and head ache. Thank you

Emily, one of the staff there along with the manager, was the real MVP for chasing up my PCR fit for travel test results and assisted me with the entire extremely confusing process regarding what test is suitable. I could’ve missed my flight to Hong Kong otherwise. Amazing customer services there :)

Update: I cannot get on the my flight. BioGroup is not a UKAS accredited lab therefore they can’t let me onto the plane.
