Amazingly long opening hours.

Really should state yes or no to opening on bank holiday Monday.

Straight forward and fast

Incredibly inefficient and slow. Order on line and you get a date to collect. Items are never ready on the date specified and when collected often incomplete. Staff are uninterested and the whole pharmacy discredits a good Dr's practice

Staff are unbelievably slow and unhelpful. More interested in chatting to each other than helping customers.

Very slow service with no urgency, unfriendly attitude and prescription hardly ever ready unless you give them four working days. On the plus side is the long opening hours which is very beneficial for 12 hr shift workers

If you could give 0 star reviews you would. Complete shambles of a pharmacy. Don't believe anything on Google, the pharmacy closed down a year or two ago and is just a dispensary for the GP surgery. Even so, you would hope that they would have done the decent thing and updated the online information.

So because they haven't, I will. Want to pick something up on your lunch break? Don't bother as it is closed each day between 1 and 2. Want to pick something up on the weekend? Don't bother, because even though Google says its open and there is a sign outside saying it is open, it isn't.

And when you do finally get inside, the cherry on the cake is that it is still badly managed, badly organised, unfriendly and slow.
