Saigrace Pharmacy

Took my parcel in for DPD the pharmist didn’t like the way I had wrapped my parcel, he then lied and told me they don’t do printerless service here, I called DPD and they said they do, I wrapped my parcel better and labelled it and he still wouldn’t accept it, made a complaint to DPD who informed me he had no right to refuse my parcel, strange owner going above and way beyond his job. ruined mine and my parcel receivers deadline for no other reason then to being overly esenctric.

Gave me half the prescription amount and said to come back next week to pick up the rest. The next time I visit, the pharmacist isn't in so the lady told me she couldn't give me the other half of my prescription. Tried to visit again and the pharmacy was closed despite me visiting during the published opening times (no note on shutters explaining why). Wasting a lot of time trying to get the other half of my prescription, will be choosing a larger pharmacy with longer opening hours next time.

Graceless.
Feels like a stage shop from a TV soap opera. The shelves are virtually empty and the stuff is vastly overpriced which you won't realise until you go to pay as nothing is labelled. They look like they get their stock from local poundshops and then mark it up several hundred percent.
It also features a snazzy all glass torture chamber at the front of the shop for no apparent reason. Presumably to distract from the total lack of stock.
Otherwise great and just getting up to speed with mid 1980s technology.

I'm very grateful to the lovely man who owns this pharmacy he has been exceptional in helping me to obtain my medication he even stayed open late so that my taxi driver could pick up my prescription thank you very much

I have been cared for by the wonderful team at Saigrace for many years and they are always efficient, helpful and caring.

I've just come back from the pharmacy. Their opening time is until 6.30pm and I was there at 6.10pm; however the pharmacist was closing the pharmacy and asked me to go back on the following day. Not nice when I was there within your opening time...

Been my local pharmacy over 20 years always polite and helpful. Wonderful pharmacist and staff
