We booked a PCR fit to fly test here when a previous option had fallen through. It was a simple phone call to book, we turned up and they were ready for us, and the pharmacists were all super friendly.

My test result turned up before midnight but my husbands was a little delayed. This is due to the lab, not Duke's pharmacy. He called Duke's the next day and they were able to help, no problem! My husband's result turned up very soon after this.

It was a very friendly and easy experience. I would definitely use them again for this service, and other pharma needs.

Interesting to see the small man who works there is living up to his dreadful reviews...
The way this emplyer speaks to customes is unaccaptable. This is not rudeness due to having a bad day this is someone who makes you feel as if you have done something wrong.

This is a dishonest chemist. We had to get a prescription released from them, for my daughter. After assuring me that this was done, I went to fill the prescription at Boots, the chemist that had everything I needed. However, when I arrived, Boots informed me that the prescription was still at Dukes. When I returned to Dukes, I was treated with hostility by all three people working there. They were offended by my asking if the prescription had in fact been released. Their defensive response: it was Boots’ fault. Again I returned to Boots, again I could see on their computer that the prescription was at Dukes. The following day I brought my husband—first to Boots where we could both see the prescription was still not released, then to Dukes. Finally, with man at my side, Dukes release the prescription. This should not happen. Moreover, a woman should not need her husband and three trips to the chemist to get a prescription released. I will NEVER use Dukes again. They are rude and they are liars. Beware and go to Boots next door.

Awful communication and service , medications are never ready to pick up , making people waiting for long time and I agree with the others the staff are rude and ready for confrontation and are provocative ! I don't recommend this pharmacy .
They behave as if they are doing a favour for people !

Very bad customer service ! The staff are rude and hostile especially the guy there Jibran . Always having short dated medications ( happened many times ) .
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially people who don’t like to wait 30 minutes to get their medications !
Always having arrogant and rude new staff who has nothing to do with a pharmacy !

Great caring team. When an urgent medication I needed was out of stock London wide, Dukes Pharmacy found a way to source it. They went way beyond the call of duty. I had called and visited more than 20 other pharmacies all over London. Only Dukes Pharmacy managed to find it for me. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Thank you for your service when it counted.

Too often pharamcists get petty complaints from inpatient customers but after spending a year in the US I realise how great this pharmacy is... especially the gentleman who I believe is the main pharmacist.
I didn't have enough money for my prescription but the pharmacist trusted me to pay him the rest a few days later.
As a customer you don't forget that sort of gesture!
Thanks for allowing me to not go without my medicine 🙏

Picked up prescriptions sent by my GP a few times, but started hating going. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. I like my pharmacists to be approachable and that unfortunately wasn't my experience here.

I have now changed my nominated pharmacy.
