Never before have I been made to feel so awful by anyone. I haven't been on my game lately with my prescriptions and I was sent here by 111 to get an emergency supply. The Pharmacist was extremely patronising and condescending and after pointing out that I didn't appreciate her tone she held me to ransom by implying that if I didnt allow her to speak to me in this manner she would decline to dispense a two days supply of meds (which i paid £9 for). DISGUSTING CREATURE!

Shocking - avoid at all costs. Incompetent and rude staff. Due to their incompetence I was made to wait 3 weeks for an epi - pen (something needed due to severe nut allergies), when they had it all along but ‘couldn’t find’ the prescription. One woman was rude to my mum for suggesting they should have the prescription. I ended up having to get my surgery to give me to give them the bar code of the prescription for them to be able to find it. Thankfully I was able to avoid any allergy triggers over these 3 weeks, or else I could’ve had an anaphylactic response without the epi - pen there to save me.

Worst service ever recieved. I was sent here by emergency dentist as listed open on Sunday and although store is open pharmacy has a guy in a Mitie jumper stood in front of it . In asking if I could collect a prescription he aggressively and rudely replied NO not today . I ASKED where else was open and was told NO Can"t help and more or less pushed away . THIS GUY SHOULD NEVER BE NEAR CUSTOMERS
I appreciate there was obviously a reason why they had to close suddenly but a sign or at least some basic courtesy would have been appreciated .

Very unhelpful staff, the pharmacist didn’t appear to have any interest in my need for medication due to a gastric illness. Whilst I appreciate he couldn’t give me a prescribed drug, he made absolutely no effort to suggest an off the shelf remedy when I was so unwell. Appalling lack of care.

Cant contact the Pharmacy as no one ever picks up the phone. NHS 111 sent prescription but I was told it wasn't received. Meanwhile my daughter suffering. Also they have not informed NHS that they shut early which wastes everyones time going to a late night Chemist that is not open.

Awful .the chemist argued with me , when I asked to buy large plasters ..telling me they don't sell them then refused to give me my prescription

Generally very good and great opening times. One staff member was incredibly rude when I was in need of an emergency inhaler for my asthma when I had come out of hospital post covid and had ran out at home.

I appreciate it’s been a tough two years but no need for it!

This place is always a complete shambles to deal with. Avoid if at all possible.
