Never in all the 33 years of living in Enfield have I experienced such poor assistance. A repeat prescription was ready, 5 days later I went to collect after waiting a life time and more, to be told it would be ready in half an hour. I explained that this should of been ready 5 days prior to be told that due to bank holiday there was a back log. Back that was over a week ago. I wasn't prepared to wait and the service was so appalling, I said I would be back in an hour to collect. Over an hour later I went back with 4 people in the chemist and 5 people outside I waited for another 20 minutes. Then realised that the people in side were also told half an hour so they were waiting inside not allowing us poor buggers to get in and out. Totally and utterly ridiculous. Now been trying to call to see if prescription is actually ready after a week and no one picking up. WHAT IF THIS WAS LIFE SAVING MEDICINE.

They mess everyone around

They made 93 yr old come twice to the pharmacy knowing she has no transport other than her legs and has a lung condition.

On 16th July 2022 Saturday, 9.30ish i arrive to pick up my 93 yr old neighbour meds. Sign outside the door saying the will reopen late afternoon.

I returned 2ish to a close pharmacy.
Now my 93 yr old neighbour needs to walk in the heatwave on Monday to get her meds.

This is pure neglect

I wasn’t going to leave a review, even when they left our baby all bank holiday without antibiotics, saying they hadn’t received a prescription they had, after. 40 minute queue, then closing early. The queues here are horrendous. The management seem to be on another planet. Nothing is ever ready when you get there, and the phone is left permanently off the hook it seems. You absolutely will not get through on the phone. It was having moved to another pharmacy up the road that made me realise truly how bad this place is and that we should review it. How this hasn’t been shut down, or the staff and management cleared out, I’ll never know. Either way, we’ll never go there again even though it’s a 2 min walk away. Worst pharmacy in history. Really a stain on the Lloyds name. Avoid like the plague. Especially if you have the plague, because I don’t fancy your chances of getting the medication you need before the great fire comes.

Been to a number of Lloyd's Pharmacies, and I can certainly confirm this is the worse branch. They never pick calls and medications are never ready, even if they are sent to them a month ago. This happens persistently with this particular branch. They are confused and totally disorganised, what a shame.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and no one answers the phones even when there’s no one in the store!!!

Edit (January 2023) My recent experience of this pharmacy has improved. Service is faster and more reliable. My prescription has been ready each time rather than being told 'it'll be ready in 20 mins' after the request went in a week earlier. So I've given it more stars. Still room for improvement based on other family members not always getting their prescription in full. So stock is still a problem.

6months ago - If I could give no stars I would. This pharmacy branch has been providing a ridiculously poor service for years. It directly serves a GP surgery. I can't believe they're still trading. Not open today because of no pharmacist! The staff in there are working like slaves but there is obviously a need for more pharmacists. Sort it out. If you're getting a prescription choose a different pharmacy especially if it's life saving medicine.

The worst Pharmacy ever in my 50 odd years!
Not enough staff only 1 person serving, pharmacist is slow medication is never ready to collect, always long queue outside!
They obviously Do Not Care for their Customers as the only pharmacy in that are and they know need Their medication. They should be striked off and given to new management!
Tried the in line service and they are Just as Bad ! Slow and short of medication! Up to 1 day before I rang out of my BP meds I didn't know if I would get my repeat! I sent complaints finally got them but no longer use the on line system. Now collecting my prescription from the surgery and going to other pharmacies!!

My GP prescribed my prescription yesterday at lunch time but I couldn’t go as my son had chickenpox and he was poorly so I had the chance to leave my little one with my husband and went there to pick them up today thinking they already had enough time to prepare it from yesterday more than 24 hours. Went there as soon as I opened the door she told me to shut the door and wait out side in a very aggressive attitude! Then waited outside for like 15 minutes patiently finally got inside and waited for another 10 minutes then finally got served and she said its not ready so comeback in 20 minutes got back in 20 minutes joined the queue again and waited to be served again which was another 10 minutes then she told me its not ready yet so I was like what was you doing all this time she said you’re not the only one waiting here I said then why have you told me to be back in 20 minutes they looking at me like I sworn at them absolutely disappointed and I am like this is where the customer gets disappointed not you! Then waited for another ten minutes! Omg I would never ever go there avoid completely!
