Staff have always been polite and helpful whenever I've been there. But they seem to open and close whenever they please and rarely stick to their advertised opening hours, which makes it very difficult to collect my prescriptions. I even tried calling ahead of time once and arrived at the time they told me to, but they were still closed. Tried calling them just now for example (when they're supposedly open), and no answer.

This is a lovely little pharmacy who go above and beyond. Yes, i know they don't have the long opening hours of some pharmacies and can't deliver, but I knew that when I changed. I was impressed last week when they phoned me to let me know that they were going to have to close early on Friday and were concerned that I might run out of my medication before Monday. How's *that* for service?🙂
