This used to be a wonderful chemist, which provided good, polite service that put customers first. Now it isn't. The pharmacy is run by a rude, aggressive African woman who would rather start an argument about fault than address your issue of not getting the right medication from a repeat prescription. I have had two bad encounters with this 'manager' now - for the same reason. I intend to complain to the highest authority to get her removed from her job. She refuses to give emergency medication to people if she doesn't perceive them to be 'respectful' enough to her, when all they are doing is just providing the facts of what has happened. Go elsewhere. She is a power hungry monster who delights is screwing people around and has the bad attitude she accuses you of having.

These ladies that work here are amazing and kind, I've been to allot of pharmacy's but this one is special and unique. They understand my health and medication on astronomically caring level, they look after their customers the love and respect I get from these ladies is wonderful and it feels like a family!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I dropped by to pick up some Hay fever tablets as the ones I had were not getting the job done. Staff helped me to chose a product that worked for me. I have a local pharmacy I go to close by, but this one is a new favorite.
