GPs are gonna get their share of annoyed customers. My annoyance is mainly the lack of organization and the rudeness of the reception staff. Personally i think that if the receptionists had a little more power to conduct certain things the way that would suit them, then they would be much happier. Give them more power, they are the face of your GP, listen to them!

Such a lovely guy very genuine and VERY helpful.. only chemist that had my 10 month old medicine in after a rough day had to collect it this evening and the service was very good explsiexp everything thoroughly with the medication and reasurred me with what to do tomorrow if my sonss constipation doesn't improve. So thank you very much

Great helpful staff that go the extra mile. Called in after 4 other chemists to get prescribed eye drop unfortunately 1 is not stocked and very difficult to get. Staff rang large amount of chemists in area to try track down but unable to get. She contacted her suppliers and got it for me for 1st thing following day. Will always use this pharmacy for any future medication. (Angela Wallace back to maiden name) A+++++

I’ve always used another pharmacy in the village, but recently used this one as they were able to get me 2 bottles of Oestrogel when the other couldn’t. The pharmacist is lovely and already knows my name. She has advised me on what to ask the gp surgery for, rings when the prescription is ready, and when my sons medication was unobtainable, she rang the surgery on more than one occasion on my behalf to get the prescription changed. I can’t sing her praises enough!

The only reason I stay with this doctors surgery is because of the pharmacy. Lovely people, very helpful and they are open until 11pm.

First time at this pharmacy and was really impressed. The lady i spoke to was attentive, clear and went above and beyond to make sure we got the medicine we needed on the day. Made phone calls to another pharmacy to ensure that we got the whole dose we required as they only had half available and put a hold on that meds whilst we picked it up. Amazing customer service, glad i have been nominated by my surgery to visit here instead of my usual. The fact its open till 11pm is a huge bonus. Thank you for a lovely experience and keep up the great work!

Really disappointed ,drove 37 mins away from my house to come here today for my 10 month son who’s not very well all hospitals advise to go to pharmacy’s if isn’t urgent, so I look on website said open at 8am so got here for 7:55 waited till 8:10 to realise there not even opening up at all,this needs updating because if your like me that drove 37 mins to come here gets there and there not even open you would be so upset and disappointed

Sort this out please it’s not fair on others you shouldn’t be stating online your open at 8am Sundays when your not

Since changing staffing this pharmacy is rubbish they can’t be bothered to get my order right every month I have some problem with things they don’t have so have to order them or they just never get all the items at the same time so my meds get missed I can’t take them if I don’t have them even though I order in plenty of time so no not good enough.
