First class for patient care! I had called NHS 111 during the evening, and the clinician on duty prescribed an antibiotic for me to collect the following morning from Lloyds Pharmacy. The pharmacist telephoned me in the morning to explain that he would not be able to dispense the prescription because the dosage was in error; he had tried to speak to the clinician to correct it, but was unable to get through. I managed to speak to 111 again and another doctor corrected the prescription, which I was then able to collect to start the course of treatment. I was very impressed that the pharmacist took his duty of care seriously to ensure that I received the correct treatment at the correct dose.

Michael was extremely rude and dismissive, got my name wrong 3 times and my address, basically told me my doctor lied to me and that I owe him an apology, then proceeded to try and ignore me and serve the next customer. Then the very helpful lady amazingly found my prescription that my doctor did in fact send over 2 days previous. Learn some customer service skills Micheal and how to use your computer....

Just love this pharmacy and the staff. Well knowledge, excellent customer service.

Staff are friendly ,professional, knowledgeable and welcoming.
My prescription with all 3 items were dispensed quickly .
My favourite pharmacy was Boots only but after today's visit and experience,
I would definitely use this Lloyds Pharmacy again.
