Worst experience I have had with a pharmacy. Lied about ordering my prescription and staff were rude on the phone. When you go inside there are prescriptions piled on top of each other in one big mess so you have to wait ages for them to find it, IF they find it (and no ones sitting on those dirty seats). They showed no remorse for now leaving me without meds for however long. Very unpleasant. Family member also had a negative experience not long ago and had to go elsewhere. If I could give it 0 I would.

Feels like this pharmacy withhold medication that patients really need. Without too much detail, My 81 year old Grandfather, has been without his medication since Thursday even though it was scheduled to be dropped off to him and expresses that if anything were to happen we should know why! This happens quite regularly with super care pharmacy who are apparently open until midnight but are a nightmare to get a hold of. Please show a better quality of care to your patients and there loved ones, I understand times are hard and uncertain but this is definitely a HABIT now!

My bottle of medicine seal was faulty and leaking hence I popped into the pharmacy to buy an empty bottle as on numerous occasions I did. The pharmacists attitude was very appalling and she was very rude her name is Paulette

It’s nice because it’s 24hrs but the prices here are literally double for what you’d get at another pharmacist e.g something that should cost £3.50 is £8+ I say only come if it’s an emergency

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!! Don’t waste your time and energy, the staff is very rude and Impolite. They will never listen to you and keep on saying it’s your fault, pathetic customer service. I wish I could give them zero star.

This pharmacy was a life-saver. On Saturday, after being kept in A&E for 5 hours with my little daughter, we were given a prescription for a course of antibiotics at 11pm. All pharmacies including the hospital one were closed by the time we could leave. This pharmacy was the only one around that worked until 12am so we could get the medicine to start taking it ASAP. The staff was professional, polite and sufficient. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

They are very courteous and extremely careful about the medicines that they give to you and they double check with your regular pharmacy. There are many places to park around the corner on opposite sides of the street adjacent roads near the pharmacy. Some parking locations require payment but the first 30 minutes are free using PayByPhone, download the app from Google Play store.
